For work commissioned by clients, ownership and intellectual property rights will be defined in the project agreement or contract. Upon full payment, clients typically receive ownership of the final deliverables, while Fron retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website. You must not use our website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
