The Challenge
Wonda Creation had zero digital presence despite offering premium vegan chocolate in the competitive Swiss market. They existed purely offline—no Instagram, no Facebook, no visual identity online. For a consumer brand in 2024, this invisibility was a critical business problem. Potential customers couldn't discover them, existing customers couldn't follow their story, and the brand had no way to communicate its values around sustainability, veganism, and Swiss craftsmanship. Without a digital footprint, they were missing out on an entire generation of conscious consumers who research brands online before purchasing.
Our Role
We handled all social media management, building Wonda's entire digital presence from the ground up. This meant opening and setting up all social accounts, defining the visual content strategy, creating and designing all posts, managing campaigns, and growing the follower base organically.
The Approach
Our strategy centered on creating a warm, inviting visual identity that connected emotionally to both chocolate and Swiss heritage. Vegan products can sometimes feel clinical or overly health-focused—we wanted Wonda to feel indulgent, comforting, and aspirational. The approach was to build authentic engagement with local Swiss audiences through relatable content that balanced product storytelling with lifestyle moments, leveraging Switzerland's strong cultural identity around quality and craftsmanship.
