The Challenge
Certus Solutions, a comprehensive business solutions provider offering everything from call center operations to digital lead generation, faced a critical visibility problem—their diverse service portfolio was invisible on social media. In the B2B space, this meant potential clients couldn't discover them through digital channels, existing relationships had no platform for ongoing engagement, and the company had no way to demonstrate expertise or build thought leadership. The challenge was unique: how do you create compelling social content for a multi-service B2B company without diluting the brand or confusing audiences? Most business solutions companies either post generic corporate content that nobody engages with, or fragment their messaging so much that there's no cohesive brand identity. Certus needed a social presence that conveyed professional credibility while showcasing the breadth of their capabilities.
Our Role
We handled all social media management, building Certus Solutions' entire social media presence from the ground up. This meant opening and configuring all social accounts, defining the content strategy across multiple service lines, creating and designing all posts, managing campaigns, and growing the follower base organically.

The approach was to build credibility through value-driven content—sharing insights, case study highlights, and industry knowledge that demonstrated expertise without aggressive selling. We prioritized professional polish and consistency over high-frequency posting, recognizing that B2B decision-makers value quality and substance over viral trends.
